Nat Sch Exercise Science
How do we help people change their behaviour to make their lives better? How do we motivate them and teach them best for growth?
I work at the intersection of psychology, education, and health. I use the psychology of motivation and performance to identify ways of changing behaviour. I hope to use the science of learning to identify environments and ways of communicating that help people change. And I target behaviour change that improves people's health and wellbeing. I strive to create a challenging, motivating, and supportive environment for those I hope to help, not just my clients and potential research students.
