Dr. S. Stewart Braun is a lecturer in the School of Philosophy and a research member of the Centre for Moral Philosophy and Applied Ethics. He obtained his Doctorate in Philosophy from the University of Virginia in 2012 where he served as a graduate member of the Society of Fellows. He joined ACU in 2013
Dr. Braun speacilises in social and political philosophy, concentrating specifically in the areas of distributive justice. Currently Dr. Braun is engaged in a project to determine the proper focus for egalitarian accounts of distributive justice.
