I am currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in Exercise and Nutrition Research Program at the Mary MacKillop Institute for Health Research. I received my doctoral training under Prof. Lawrence Spriet and Prof. Graham Holloway at the University of Guelph, in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. My primary research interests are elucidating the mechanisms controlling skeletal muscle metabolic responses to different exercise and nutrition interventions.
