I commenced at ACU in 2018 after 16 years at the Australian Institute of Sport. my interest areas include recovery, sleep, fatigue and travel and I have over 100 peer-reviewed articles in these areas. I was responsible for Recovery services for the Australian Olympic Team for 3 Olympic Games and am an Associate Editor for IJSPP.
