The Research Expertise Register (RexR) provides research interest areas and expertise of supervisors at ACU.
You can use RexR to find and contact supervisors related to your area of research interest.
Each supervisor's eligibility to supervise is displayed at the top of their profile:
A fully accredited supervisor is eligible to act as the principal supervisor for a research student.
If you are interested in the research being conducted by a fully accredited supervisor, please email the relevant academic with your interest and a summary of relevant qualifications and/or experience. They will then respond regarding the nature of the project and suggest that you submit an application for admission (given that you hold the appropriate qualifications and/or experience).
Academics can use RexR to create a profile and request accreditation as a co-supervisor or a principal supervisor.
For more information on how to create your profile and the accreditation workflow, please see the "Getting Started on RexR" page.
Academics with a previous history and track record in supervision should:
Login to RexR to create a profile.
Submit the profile for accreditation along with the requested information. Note: Your request will be sent to your Head of School, Associate Dean (Research) then Dean of Research.
Await notification of the outcome or any further documents required.
